Use of this website

Our services

GL Infoway provides web development, mobile app development, frontend development, cloud and DevOps, UI/UX design, graphic design and dedicated developer services. The scope, timeline, deliverables and price of each project are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Quotes and payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated in them. Payment terms, milestones and any advance payments are set out in the project proposal. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not received on time.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to the client once full payment has been received. GL Infoway may reuse its own general tools, libraries and know-how, and third-party or open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to GL Infoway and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GL Infoway is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
